Re-coat in Hard Chromium etc.
Weld damaged areas / cracks
Replace broken sections
Repair / replace threads

Each individual feed-screw refurbishment depends upon the amount of work involved in cleaning, inspecting and other remedial work, such as welding, thread repair etc.
